Always receive 5 star level service. Only place I will take my 2 Vehicles. That are transparent and honest. Advisor Chris very professional, is considerate of my time, and ensures efficient turn around. This team knows their products and I am confident in the service they provide.

Unwilling to be competitive with 1) preapproved financing and 2) CarMax/Carvana offers on trade-in (they would only match the lowest offers). Offers provided were not transparent on APR or whether rebates discussed were included. When I asked if there was anything else they could do to be competitive, they said no - which was fine. But after I shook hands and began to head to the door, within 2 steps I heard the individual (which I'll not call out here) loudly crumple the offer. Great service from the sales person Henry La to the finance dept Jason. This is my 3rd vehicle at this location. They were able to transfer my veteran plates and that made very happy. The DMV was not helpful and very rude. Excellent service at Castles.

Terrible customer service. The vehicle I purchased had multiple problems, under warranty, Jerome made every excuse not to fix it, even going as far as to call me a liar. I had to argue for weeks, to finally get it fixed. However, he still hasn't reimbursed me for the tolls the service department incurred while test driving my vehicle, although he assured me he would. Jerome also does not return calls/emails. You have to call the receptionist and make them hunt him down while you hold, or just show up in his office to get a response.

I put off buying a new car for years knowing how painful the process can be. Through friends, it was suggested I work with Bill Ciszon at Castle Chevrolet McHenry as I have been looking at the new models and knew what I wanted.
All I can say it the whole process was painless. My old car had no bells and whistles so a new one would take a minute to learn all I can do. I no longer have to manually turn on my headlights! Yes, it’s a very excitable feature. Ha!

Told salesman a couple time that I - Mary Anderson - wanted my name on the car and paperwork, then Russell's My car, I'm driving it, I would be writing the checks every month for it,. Simple. Get to the finance dept. My name not on top. What do you men understand. Now mail comes to us congratulating Russell on his purchase,. What a load of crap.

Ronald Arnold was patient and explained everything. The problem was solved in a timely manner. Everyone was polite, helpful and pleasant. Thank you. I will be back to Castle and I got to drive a great new Crosstrek!

The experience was excellent, from reception, through the inspection, information along the way was cosice, and allowed me to make my decisions, comfortably. My only disappointment was the greasy hand prints all around the truck. I delivered an immaculate truck, with a fresh coating on it. I called and requested that the truck not be washed by your personel. They followed my request, but their greasy prints tell me that they don’t respect


Very through with the repairs on my 2015 Optima very satisfied with the attention that I received.

I left vehicle for the day (luckily) for a couple recalls on some software /sensor updates. Added an oil change and tire rotation also. Both the added services state that they include check & set tire pressure. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the dash displayed 30&31 psi in the tires. The door jamb sticker states 35psi and the tires state 40max. It’s getting colder overnight now and every morning the truck says low psi in all the tires. I took care of it obviously but I hope they did the service that I cannot confirm.

Didn’t have an appointment for an oil change on a Friday afternoon and they got my car in and out in less than an hour!

Asked in text if there was a drop box. No reply. Requested headlight never got changed and still isn't. Run on when starting, technician said he couldn't replicate. Does it everyday. Did I really get a fuel system cleaning to remedy this ?

The techs and mechanics were great! They gave me all the information and explained everything they were doing. They also made sure to keep me informed. The service customer service was very bad, super slow with getting back to me and wasn’t listening to their voicemails very frustrated with that aspect. Also I opted for a detial when they were finished and that wasn’t done when I picked up my car and they left trash in my car!

Found the problem with my car and took care of it right away

A quick and accurate fix got my car back on the road.
